Altatec Microtechnologies AG is a leading specialist for the development and production of innovative, high quality microtechnology solutions. Its main application is trimming of passive and active circuits and marking or labelling of devices. Last year we had the opportunity to introduce a novel Laser equipment consisting of a laser system, a half-automated feeder system, a controlled test adapter. The electronic measurement system was fully automated. Finally, a dedicated, product specific software for data acquisition and image processing was implemented. After a short setup procedure, the machine is non-stop in use.
